About REGKT
Founded in 2018, REGKT is an independent, multidisciplinary, open-access journal that advances rigorous, transparent, and reusable research across science, engineering, data, and society.
Mission & Scope
We accelerate trustworthy knowledge by publishing methodologically sound work with clear evidence and reusable artifacts. Submissions span AI/ML, health informatics, systems & infrastructure, cyber-physical systems, human-centered computing, sustainability, and data policy.

Editorial Standards
Clarity of claims, explicit limitations, and verifiable results are essential. Authors disclose funding, licenses, and potential conflicts.
- Reproducibility: Methods, code, and data (where feasible).
- Transparency: Clear funding, licensing, and COI statements.
- Rigor: Robust study designs and appropriate statistics.
- Community Value: Reusable datasets/libraries.
- Responsible Reporting: Uncertainty and risks stated.
- Accessibility: Plain-language abstracts encouraged.
Peer Review
We use double-blind peer review with at least two independent reviews, overseen by an Academic Editor.
Target initial decision window: 3–6 weeks (subject-area & revision depth may vary).
Ethics, COI & Integrity
- COI disclosures for all authors and handling editors.
- Ethics approvals and consent where applicable.
- Plagiarism and image/data integrity screening.
- Data protection and responsible AI disclosures when relevant.
Open Access, Licensing & Reuse
All articles are open access. Authors retain copyright and typically license content under a permissive Creative Commons license for broad reuse with attribution.
Indexing, Archiving & Discoverability
We maintain high-quality metadata, persistent identifiers, and preservation commitments to maximize discoverability across scholarly infrastructures.
