Founded in 2018, REGKT is an independent, multidisciplinary, open-access journal that advances rigorous, transparent, and reusable research across science, engineering, data, and society.

Mission & Scope

We accelerate trustworthy knowledge by publishing methodologically sound work with clear evidence and reusable artifacts. Submissions span AI/ML, health informatics, systems & infrastructure, cyber-physical systems, human-centered computing, sustainability, and data policy.

Editorial Standards

Clarity of claims, explicit limitations, and verifiable results are essential. Authors disclose funding, licenses, and potential conflicts.

  • Reproducibility: Methods, code, and data (where feasible).
  • Transparency: Clear funding, licensing, and COI statements.
  • Rigor: Robust study designs and appropriate statistics.
  • Community Value: Reusable datasets/libraries.
  • Responsible Reporting: Uncertainty and risks stated.
  • Accessibility: Plain-language abstracts encouraged.

We use double-blind peer review with at least two independent reviews, overseen by an Academic Editor.
