Explainable Decisioning at Scale: SHAP-Driven Governance in Banking
Abstract
This paper details an enterprise deployment of SHAP-driven monitoring across 12M monthly credit decisions. We report 35% audit overhead reduction and materially improved fairness diagnostics via drift-aware explanations and counterfactual simulations.
