Perspective: Model Cards that Actually Get Read�Designing for Risk Owners
Abstract
We reframe model cards for risk owners, emphasizing decision context, thresholds, and escalation playbooks. A field study across two banks shows a 2.4� increase in audit task completion and fewer handoffs.
