Multi-Account Cloud Operations with DevOps: Secure Patterns for Identity, Networking, and Environment Isolation
Abstract
As enterprises adopt multi-account cloud strategies, DevOps teams must manage identity, networking, and environment isolation without compromising speed. This paper proposes secure multi-account patterns for centralized identity governance, least-privilege federation, network segmentation, and standardized landing zones. The research includes operational workflows for environment provisioning, shared services, and incident containment. Results demonstrate reduced cross-environment blast radius and improved compliance posture while maintaining fast onboarding for engineering teams.
