Aggregated Production-Line Sensor Dataset from a Reference One-Gigawatt PERC Solar Cell Manufacturing Facility: Twelve Months of Operation
Abstract
This dataset comprises twelve months of aggregated production-line sensor data from a reference one-gigawatt PERC silicon solar cell manufacturing facility. Streams include diffusion-furnace temperature profiles, PECVD chamber pressure and gas-flow telemetry, screen-printer alignment metrics, firing-furnace thermal traces, and end-of-line cell-level acceptance test results. The data have been aggregated to one-minute resolution and anonymized to remove vendor-identifying information while preserving the statistical structure relevant to manufacturing-systems research. The release is intended to support reproducible research in process-engineering analytics, anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, and cross-platform knowledge-transfer methodology development.
