Rethinking Workday Absence Management: Configurable leave policies across regulatory regions
Abstract
This paper examines configurable leave policies across regulatory regions within the context of Workday Absence Management. Drawing on field case studies, we empirically evaluate workday absence management and its implications for enterprise stakeholders. Results indicate measurable improvements in efficiency and offer actionable recommendations for future adoption.
