Abstract
This study examines machine learning for critical path forecasting within the context of AI-Assisted Project Scheduling. Drawing on a multi-organization dataset, we present a comparative analysis of ai-assisted project scheduling and its implications for system architects. Results indicate measurable improvements in system throughput and offer actionable recommendations for tooling investment.
