Ujwal Dyasani is a Lead Software Engineer specializing in Workday integrations, with 19 years of experience architecting, delivering, and modernizing enterprise ERP systems across HCM, Finance, and Payroll; he currently leads integration engineering for a major utility enterprise, where his innovative, out-of-the-box solutions have delivered savings equivalent to more than one and a half full-time roles annually, earning him a President's Award, and his career spans the full ERP delivery lifecycle - from platform selection and technical design through data conversion, cutover, and post-go-live support - including designing and delivering more than 45 Workday integrations for a major national retailer, re-engineering a critical integration's runtime from three hours to under five minutes, and leading Technical Lead, Data Conversion Lead, and Migration Lead roles on multinational Workday implementations in Singapore, where he consolidated 23 disparate benefits eligibility programs into four; a committed knowledge-sharer, he has delivered over 350 hours of formal client training and pioneered a documentation methodology combining visual diagrams, plain-language guidance, and instructional video that was formally recognized by senior client leadership for easing enterprise-wide adoption.
